It’s no secret that men and women of all ages desire to retain a youthful appearance; some even wish for the picture-perfect filtered selfie to be their actual image. As a result, there is a global demand for anti-ageing solutions, leading to a higher demand for products that overcome wrinkles, age spots, dry skin and uneven skin tone.
People seek out all types of procedures, services and devices, ranging from skincare treatments to cosmetic and even plastic surgery, to turn back the ageing clock. However, many forget to consider that these treatments do make a difference to the physical condition and not ageing exclusively. What is not considered is that these treatments do not change the underlying points of view a person may have about age and ageing, which are the contributing factors to the persistent judging of the face and body they see in the mirror, even after cosmetic adjustments.
Adding to this, we tend to put ourselves through what we could call the ageing gauntlet. We fill our minds with concepts and ideas relating to our age and conclude when and how our bodies will start to diminish and change with each birthday we celebrate. Entertaining this thought process sends subliminal messages to our bodies, painting a picture of what they will look like and be like in the future. As easy as that, we have determined our bodies’ destination. Every attempt to reclaim our youth with the best lotions and potions is to no avail. The path is already set for our faces and bodies with the predetermined projections, expectations and conclusions we have of what ageing must look and be like.
If this is the first time hearing that your body is affected by your points of view about it, know that you are not alone. This information is not what we are taught as we grow up. Instead, we are taught to compare our bodies to other bodies. This is where the projections and expectations of what we should or should not look like begins. Now, you may be wondering, does this mean cosmetic enhancement is wrong? Most definitely not.
What is possible is to have clarity on the reasons for the enhancement, to gain a deeper awareness of what you have decided needs to be fixed about you, that maybe a point of view you have is not true. This is the beginning of a co-creation relationship with your body, where you include it in all your choices. What if you did not judge your body at all? What would be different about your everyday choices?
What if there were a kinder, gentler way beyond surgery, injections, lotions and potions? A way to change judgments and projections towards our bodies, softening the physical signs of ageing to a more vibrant and youthful one? Yes! It is possible!
Welcome to the Access Facelift™
The Access Energetic Facelift deepens the body’s natural healing capacities, allowing the cells of our face to reclaim their natural glow, youth and beauty embedded deep in the face, head, chest and body – effectively erasing cellular memory of judgment.
How does it work?
Picture this: When we look in the mirror and judge what we see, this gets stored in the cells of our body. The Access Facelift erases cellular memory of conclusions, judgments and projections while rejuvenating not only the face and body but the being too!
Once we release and eliminate the judgments we project at our face and body, they can begin to regenerate themselves naturally.
The benefits of receiving a session are not just skin deep. As an energy practice, the Access Facelift also works on the underlying causes of judgment and ageing, helping our faces and bodies to look differently, act differently, feel differently and have a greater overall sense of ease, wellness and joy.
Adding to the above, the healing touch of one person touching another, combined with the dynamic energies of the Access Facelift, contributes to the change possible for bodies on a cellular level, helping restore the body to its natural state of self-healing, self-rejuvenation and self-regeneration.
Access Facelift is a gentle, non-invasive process that allows one to relax, receive and let go of the age and ageing points of view we are subjected to from birth and have decided are true about our bodies over the years.

What the Access Facelift showed me
Ten years ago, I lacked energy, waking up feeling exhausted even after eight hours of sleep, forcing myself out of bed and continuing to drag my body around with me throughout the day.
I made an appointment with a doctor; leaving that appointment, the message that was coming at me loud and clear was. It is because of your age and, at 42, you should be taking this supplement and those vitamins. So started focusing on everything around age and ageing, reading everything I could find on what a 42-year-old should be eating, drinking and doing to stay well and look good.
This sent me spiralling into depression; judging myself even more, I began to feel older. I started reading the ingredients of every product on the shelf before I purchased anything. Everything revolved around what was in this product or that and what would be good for me.
This entire time I had not included my body in any of the decisions I was making. I felt lost, especially as I was running a corporate wellness business and should know better about these things. So I judged myself even more.
Two years later, I found the tools of Access Consciousness, first attending the Access Bars practitioner training and immediately the Access Facelift training the following week.
I received a deeper awareness of what I had chosen for my body without including it in those choices. My face had a visible brightness and smoothness to it that I hadn’t seen since my 20s. Other class attendees commented on this too. My body felt light as a feather. In the weeks to come, I felt even more empowered; I had a greater sense of communion with my body. I noticed a suppleness and flow in body movement that made me feel energised and at peace.
Now, in the present day, I may not look as fit or slim as I did when putting myself through aggressive exercise and eating routines, but what I do have is more joy, ease and fun with my body and I like the person looking back at me in the mirror.
Yes, sometimes I do slip into judging the face looking back at me. These are the times I use the tools and questions to shift whatever is there – whatever I am aware of – and get to choose something different.
Every day is an adventure!
