Our bodies are amazing. If you have read any books by Dr Bruce Lipton, Dr Joe Dispenza and so many amazing people who have not only studied the body, but also studied and pondered the body beyond what science can prove. We get to realise how much the body is contributing to our awakening and consciousness journey. What is Phototherapy?

My personal experience.
