For these girls, attending school during menstruation is an insurmountable challenge, as they lack the sanitary products that many take for granted.

At Muse, we believe in the power of choice. We choose to be great – great at giving, great at living and great at being the compassionate role models these girls need. The young girls of South Africa are our Muse. They are the future and, together, we can empower them to reach their full potential.

Our mission is rooted in harmony – harmony within ourselves, with each other and with the Earth. We aim to create a lasting impact on young girls across South Africa by providing sustainable period products that last throughout their school careers, ensuring they are seen, heard and their dreams are nurtured. Through our work, we address period poverty while reducing the environmental impact of single-use plastics. Our efforts are a testament to the change that can happen when we unite our hearts and actions.

Our goal? To decrease the percentage of girls who miss school due to a lack of period products

We visit underprivileged communities and schools, offering:
– Reusable, sustainable period products.
– Training on conscious cycling and preventing unwanted pregnancies.
– Circles of sharing, Yoga, and self-love tools.

Beyond these direct impacts, there are profound indirect benefits:
