“Walk beside us on one of our remarkable journeys in Kaapschehoop” Erica Bruno and Stuart Collins
Picture, sitting in the dark, an icey cold wind cutting through you, waiting in anticipation… and then the sun rises. A perfect Horus eye sunrise appears over the three pyramids. The energies and vibrations of Mother Earth at their highest, the sense of calmness, yet heightened awareness, the beauty of life itself enriching and rejuvenating the body. It is here we think of Credo Mutwa and all the spiritual leaders that have witnessed the same wonder over ‘INZALO YE LANGA (ADAMS CALENDAR). A perfect meditation, a perfect start to the day.
Kaapschehoop is not just a little town, it has many layers and a very ancient history. Erica has been aware of the energy here since she was a child, seeing the rocks as they used to be, a beautiful city with carvings on the rocks. Kaapschehoop runs through her veins. An obvious choice for their first getaway, fuelled by a compelling desire to share this magic with Stuart.
But there is more to this magical little town than Adam’s Calendar. Let us tell you a story of an ancient, forgotten past, a past with Anunaki and Reptilian presence all over. A huge battle took place here in a time as old as the dinosaurs, with evidence scattered all over; a few ancient scattered stone circles to explore in the veld, with ancient reminders of this story. The land’s spiritual healers and leaders know this history. They are the custodians of this and guard this with pride and honour for the next generations. We were privileged to see and experience some of this.
Doesn’t matter where you go or walk, the ground vibrates, ancient caves under our feet pulsing with a heartbeat of its long forgotten past. A past that goes back millions of years; and I realise, this is where it all began. Here in our beautiful South Africa. Not Europe or on any other continent but here in this Barberton Valley with pyramids older than the Giza pyramids. There is a perfect alignment between our pyramids and the Giza Pyramids, but our pyramids are much older; It started here and then moved up Africa to ancient Egypt.
Across the road is a waterfall called BATTERY CREEK. Wow, wow, wow! A definite bucket list must. Amongst a mysterious, strange, well-maintained and secure graveyard in the veld, is this ancient cobblestone path that runs alongside a forest. A sharp descent down a cliff face and you become aware of this ancient spiritual site. You feel the intense energies that are stored in every rock and tree, whispering the ancient story and watching your every move. A story so old. Walking down the rocky footpath of the gorge, whispers of the ancestors draw your attention to the unusual landmarks. Square rock column formations. The rock carvings of a time before this earth cycle. The time of the Anunaki and their larger than life presence here, that surrounds you.
Looking up. ‘Once you see it, you cannot unsee it, as per our pictures’. The Skull Rock formation and the giant serpent carved into the side of the waterfall. A random rock dragon skull.
Everything about this waterfall and the hidden gems of this gorge are just as breathtaking as the Calendar. Your body grounds from the energy and every vibration given to you. As you stand in awe at this spectacular 30-metre waterfall, you begin to realise that this is no usual waterfall.
This waterfall was an energy generator for the ancient ones. The river flows in the opposite geographic direction; instead of flowing west or south west, this river flows east.
The walls behind the waterfall were made eons ago, the layers of bricks turned to rock, whispering their story of the ancient battle that took place here. Rejuvenating water spraying over us, while some were taking a dip under the waterfall. What a privilege it was to walk on this ancient footpath and honour the ones that came before us and the land custodians for doing such great work of preserving this for our children. We salute you. Follow us on our next journey to Mount Sheba… and see you soon.
