Where new life finds its rhythm, transformation takes shape.
Introduction
Following Shedding, we now move into the fourth stage of the Metamorphosis journey: Becoming.
In our previous meditations, we gathered our energy, created a sacred space within, learned to rest in that space, and gently allowed what had completed its purpose to fall away.
Today, we continue that journey, exploring the quiet process of becoming.
Preparation for the Meditation
- Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
- Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
- Soften your environment—dim the light if you wish.
- Silence your phone or any distractions.
- You may choose to light a candle or set a simple intention.
- Have a journal nearby for reflection afterwards.
- There is nothing you need to do perfectly. Simply arrive as you are.
You may return to this practice at any time, allowing your awareness to gather and your transformation to unfold in its own rhythm.
Reflections
Take a few moments to reflect on your experience. There are no right or wrong answers—simply an opportunity to notice what is present for you.
Returning to Yourself
- What stood out most for me during this meditation?
- What felt familiar? What felt new?
The Rhythm of Becoming
- What qualities do I notice beginning to emerge more naturally in my life?
- Where do I already feel more like myself than I did a year ago?
Trusting the Process
- Where am I allowing life to unfold naturally?
- Where am I still trying to force an outcome?
Living It
- How can I carry this sense of connection into my everyday life?
- What is one small way I can express more of my authentic self this week?
