Born in Wisconsin and trained in Botany and Fine Art at the University of Wisconsin, Lori’s journey spans the US and South Africa, where she paints and teaches from her Indian Ocean studio.
Her work moves between anthropomorphic storytelling and pure abstraction, drawing on landscape, animals, politics, humour, and inner spiritual life. Her paintings are held in galleries across KZN, Cape Town, and the Midwestern United States.
