Odyssey Magazine: Conversations with Christa featuring Colleen Wilson | Enneagram & Healing

What happens when life’s most difficult passages become the doorway to deeper self-understanding? In this episode of Conversations with Christa, Christa sits with Colleen Wilson, a guide for women navigating life’s thresholds. Those tender, unravelling moments when everything we thought we knew begins to shift beneath our feet.

Through more than 20 years of living with chronic illness, Colleen learned to listen deeply to her body’s wisdom, her mind’s resilience, and her heart’s capacity to expand. Her journey revealed the strength that can be found in vulnerability and the quiet intelligence that lives within the body. With over 25 years of experience in conscious leadership, along with deep training in interpersonal neurobiology, trauma, and the Enneagram, Colleen brings both wisdom and lived experience to her work.

The Enneagram became a powerful compass for understanding not only personality, but also the unconscious patterns that shape our lives and the pathways that guide us back to our truest selves. Twenty-one years ago, motherhood opened another chapter of learning. Through her children’s struggles, Colleen was drawn further into the science and spirituality of conscious parenting, particularly with highly sensitive and high-needs children. Today, her work supports women who find themselves at moments of transition. Whether through illness, motherhood, loss, or life’s many initiations. Through her coaching, keynote speaking, facilitation, and her program “Coming Home To Yourself,” Colleen creates spaces where nervous system awareness meets the transformative power of the Enneagram.

These are spaces where women can witness their patterns without judgment, understand their protective strategies, and gently release what no longer serves them. Colleen walks this path herself, supporting and inspiring women who understand that healing is not linear and that transformation asks us to acknowledge, surrender, accept, and embrace our unfolding journey. She believes we need spaces within us and around us that help and heal rather than hurt and harm. This is the path she walks and the light she offers to others.
