As we continue with our understanding between the mInd and bOdy we can see that the I and O are two aspects of this reality we came here to experience.
Like the digital world both are needed for this experience of illusion to unfold.
When we become the I in this reality we are limited as the I individuates itself into this form of illusion.
Every form around us comes from the O.
The O is the common Energy, the I is what separates us to have this interrelated and interdependent experience of form.
THE O IS COMMON ENERGY = 223 = THE HIGHEST FREQUENCY
The I forms with the information we have inherited from our collective understanding of who we think we are.
As such the more we identify with the I the more the ego comes into form creating further separation.
This separation is what causes the I-society, this third dimensional reality we are experiencing.
Not a beautiful picture, is it?
We can clearly see how separated and disharmonious the I-society is because of the destruction that is all around us especially to our host mother Earth that we occupy.
Is there a solution to all of this?
Yes, it is bringing the O back.
In the quantum field the possibilities of computations are accelerated because nOw these two states can be occupied simultaneously.
The pathway to healing is to become whole.

This is an arduous journey for one must take the hero’s journey to uncover what is creating the obstructions.

Initially when the intention was set to create these series of manuals it appeared that this was going to be an easy one, yet it became more challenging as the target was getting closer to be achieved.
Heartache and pain came in as the old Energy had to be faced and finally released.
It is intriguing for this also brought up generational trauma to be healed, for we carry genetic information from our parents and if this was not enough even past lives were coming in to be integrated into this nOw moment.
The course material intention is to take us from the third dimensional reality and with the wOrx into the fourth and higher dimensional experiences.

When yOu completely present and conscious of every breath that yOu take then yOu in the nOw. In this course material we understand that there are two experiences of reality the one is on the linear axis, the illusion, which is based on the I, mInd, tIme and lIe and then the vertical experience of reality, which is the O,mOm, gOd, yOu and nOw.
The wOrx gradually takes us to have this experience on the vertical axis.
gOd-mOm then come into this reality elevating the frequency and vibration of this illusion.
